The quality inspector is responsible for recording production and scrap and verifying production quality by specifications set by our customers. This role involves performing end-of-line and in-process inspections, completing daily checklists, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The inspector will also coordinate the work of associates following the foaming process, act as a problem solver to identify quality issues and support manufacturing efforts to remove root causes, and manually assemble door shells using pneumatic and manual tools. Attention to detail, following work instructions, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment are crucial. The position requires mobility on the manufacturing floor and the ability to work required overtime as needed.
