About The Position

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through various inspection methods. This role involves detailed examination of products, operation of testing equipment, and adherence to aerospace standards. The inspector will also maintain a safe work environment and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Overtime support as needed
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
• Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routers
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed
• Must have a reliable attendance history and good work performance history
• Ability to maintain a high energy level

Responsibilities

• Inspecting to the AQL 1.0 Sampling Plan, 100% Visual inspection Per Aerospace Standards.
• Operating Shear Test Unit for Customer Required Shear Strength Results
• Performing Functional Gage Inspections.
• Operating Handheld gaging.
• Perform Roaming Inspection on Production Floor
• Blueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbols
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
• Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift
