The Quality Inspector will be responsible for reading and interpreting assembly and machine detail part blueprints, specifications, GD&T, and other quality documents. They will use inspection instruments to measure precision machined aircraft components, perform necessary mathematical calculations, and conduct various types of inspections including first article, receiving, final, and in-process sampling. The role also involves assisting machinists, checking parts for conformity to processes and specifications, devising gaging/measuring setups, and generating non-conformance records.
