Have 2+ years of Quality and Manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding.
Ability to perform inspection of quality-related data on incoming material, parts, sub-assemblies, and products using the required inspection tools. (Micrometers, calipers, height gages, thread and plug gages).
Ability to read and understand drawings, SOP’s, inspection reports, and AQL sampling plans.
Have good decision-making skills with the ability to effectively determine the quality of product prior to releasing or accepting.
Ability to understand Quality Assurance processes and documentation to meet company quality standards (knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standards preferred).
Have the technical experience and knowledge base to understand Quality Control Plans and NCR’s.
Good communication skills.
Good basic computer literacy for data entry and documenting reports.
Good time management skills.
Understand and comply with company safety standards and federal regulations.
Must be a team player across departments.
Consistently maintain a clean work area (knowledge of 5S preferred)
Must be able to lift 10 – 20 lbs. frequently.
Must be able to lift 20 – 35 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to easily grasp products and other materials.
Able to work in a fast pace and high product volume.
Able to stand up to 8hrs on and walk on cement floor.

Responsibilities
Perform inspections, testing, and NCR documentation with the appropriate tools/gages/equipment and effectively communicate or escalate results.
Effectively use Quality Assurance systems and equipment to access, print, and utilize documents like drawings, procedures, and standards.
Effectively utilize Quality Management System and FAI method to determine the quality of product prior to releasing/accepting.
Ability to identify non-conforming material, use sound decision making skills, and effectively contain and communicate rejected material details. Document NCRs and create report.
Ability to transfer, share, and relay information and statuses across shifts.
Can take initiative to drive development in the Quality Department, team personnel, and facility
