Requirements

Experience with attribute, variable, and transfer gauges.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
ERP system experience for data entry and reporting.
Ability to read blueprints and use measurement systems.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Ability to train operators on proper inspection methods.

Nice To Haves

ASQ CQI certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process, first-article, PPAP, and customer-specified inspections.
Identify and apply the correct measuring tools and gauges for each part.
Maintain accurate inspection documentation within our Quality Management System.
Support nonconformance investigations and help drive corrective actions.
Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in audits, capability studies, and continuous improvement projects.
