We're opening a new 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA, that will support the growing energy infrastructure industry. As a Quality Inspector, you'll help inspect critical power management and control systems used in data centers, utilities, and industrial power applications. You'll join a fast-growing team in a modern facility where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key. Production begins in Fall 2026, creating exciting opportunities for career growth in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and workmanship issues.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality experience preferred.
  • Blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
  • Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Inspect mechanical and electrical assemblies for proper installation and workmanship.
  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, lot sampling, and first article inspections.
  • Identify, document, and escalate quality concerns and nonconformances.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
  • Support production teams in maintaining product quality and process compliance.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
