The Quality Inspector performs final quality inspections before products ship. The role verifies customer-specific requirements, including product condition, packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipping requirements. It identifies and communicates quality issues, ensures required checks and approvals are complete before orders are released, maintains inspection records for traceability, and monitors recurring shipping-quality issues to help improve processes and reduce customer complaints. Work follows established procedures with close supervision or clearly defined guidelines and little autonomy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Quality work experience.
• Basic skills to perform routine tasks.
• Ability to work with little autonomy, following established procedures and close supervision or clearly defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections of products before shipment to ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
• Verify product condition, packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipping requirements before release.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or nonconformances that could affect shipment.
• Ensure orders are released for shipping only after required quality checks and approvals are completed.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation to support traceability and customer requirements.
• Monitor recurring shipping-quality issues and provide feedback to improve processes and reduce customer complaints.
