About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking motivated candidates for a Quality Inspector position. This role involves receiving and inspecting components for repair and overhaul, generating pre-established technical documentation, and shop travelers. Data entry experience is a plus but not required. The position is located at Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC in Uxbridge, MA.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Highly Motivated individual
• Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
• Data Entry Skills / computer literate
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Available to work Fulltime, M-F, Hours ranging from 7am– 5pm
• Must pass FAA/DOT Pre-Employment drug test and background screen, also will be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Data entry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming Components for Repair / Overhaul
• Generating documentation, technical data and shop travelers using customer repair orders as guidance.
• Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspections using manual inspection tools to determine serviceability
• Perform Floor Inspections on various machines / ensuring tolerances are met
• Maintain FAA Documentation / Record keeping
• Prepare Customer Repair / Overhaul Quotes
• Perform Final Inspections / Generate FAA / DOT Documentation
• Assist in Maintaining FAA/DOT Quality System
