Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset: define issues, collect data, draw valid conclusions
- Frequent climbing, bending, twisting
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Responsibilities
- Support production
- Troubleshoot parts & fixtures
- Perform receiving checks, audits, and weld certifications
- Document inspection results
- Gauge repair, calibrations, and station verifications
- Maintain organized work areas for smooth operations
- Inspect rejected/reworked material
- Track non-conforming parts
- Escalate issues
- Ensure proper gages at machine stations
- Recommend process improvements
