Position Summary Quality inspection role responsible for material-movement transactions, in-process and final inspection, inspection-result data entry, failure-analysis support, reporting, and participation in daily team meetings.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Typically one to two years of related experience.
Ability to use simple hand tools related to measurement and inspection.
Basic working ability with Microsoft Word and Excel, PDF tools, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain accurate, detailed logs, multi-task, follow written and verbal instructions, and work in a dynamic, diverse, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in a relevant field.
Communication, computer, accountability, dependability, quality, initiative, teamwork, and attention-to-detail competencies.

Responsibilities

Perform quality-control inspection, including material-movement transactions and in-process and final inspection.
Enter individual inspection results in the Quality database.
Assist with failure analysis and related reports.
Attend and participate in daily team meetings.
May assist with shadow training for non-exempt associates.
Maintain accurate, detailed logs and recognize deviations from accepted practice.
Follow established procedures for routine work and obtain instructions for new assignments.
