Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year experience in medical device or pharmaceutical inspection.
Experience with Microsoft PC applications and MRP/ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics.
Document deviations against requirements and specifications.
Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures.
Visually inspect products using magnification, sampling methods, first article checks, and AOI machines.
Enter inspection results into MES systems.
Lot release and batch record archiving.
Prepare and maintain inspection documentation.
Assist with training of coworkers.
Perform roving audits in manufacturing flow cells.
Comply with safety, health, and security procedures.
Perform other related duties as required.
