About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity to expand and grow with the company! The Quality Inspector / Technician will be assigned detailed tasks to inspect and audit the manufacturing process and report findings. This role involves data collection, data entry, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, presentations, SOP’s, customer interaction, and the use of measuring devices and data collection tools.

Requirements

• Ability to read job instructions and work instruction drawings.
• Ability to use tape measure, micrometer, dial / digital caliper, protractor, etc.
• Basic computer skills, Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and be self-motivated.
• Dependability, strong attendance.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, positive interaction with team members.

Nice To Haves

• Prior builder experience would be helpful, unit room, eco, or slider.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit the manufacturing process and report findings.
• Data collection and entry.
• Create spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations.
• Interact with customers.
• Use measuring devices and data collection tools.
• Monitor operations to ensure they meet the specifications of work instructions.
• Inspect, test, or measure products being produced.
• Accept or reject finished items and record data.
