About The Position
This role involves the mechanical inspection of precision machined components using advanced metrology equipment. The Quality Inspector will also be responsible for calibrations and supporting CAPA initiatives related to NCRs with thorough documentation. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with CMM (Optical and Touch Probe).
- Experience with Interferometry.
- Experience with Laser Micrometer.
- Experience with other advanced metrology equipment.
- Experience with calibrations of metrology equipment.
- Experience with CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support.
- Experience with NCR (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Thorough documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical inspection of precision machined components.
- Operation of CMM (Optical and Touch Probe), Interferometry, Laser Micrometer, and other advanced metrology equipment.
- Calibrations of metrology equipment.
- CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
