About The Position

Quality Inspector is responsible for receiving, in-process and final quality inspections. This role involves inspecting parts for various defects, verifying traveler completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and confirming the implementation of corrective actions. The position may require working non-traditional hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to read drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications.
• Ability to use micrometer and calipers.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• 2 years of experience of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for FOD, scratches, dings, etc.
• For painted parts, look for fish-eyes, orange peel, drips, runs, coverage, etc.
• Verify all previous operations have been completed on the traveler.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements.
• Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
