Requirements

  • Technical qualification or higher education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in welding inspections and dimensional control.
  • Strong practical inspection skills and experience using inspection instruments.
  • Experience producing technical reports and professional written documentation.
  • Ability to assess workmanship and quality standards effectively.
  • Residency within the Santa Catarina region, preferably Joinville or nearby.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including RT, UT, PT and MT.
  • Written English skills.
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, energy or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting quality inspections and dimensional control activities.
  • Reviewing and analysing manufacturing documentation and databooks.
  • Verifying compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications.
  • Preparing clear and accurate inspection reports.
  • Using inspection instruments and measuring equipment effectively.
  • Identifying and documenting non-conformities where required.
  • Supporting clients through professional and timely communication.
