About The Position

The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing receiving, in-process, and final quality inspections. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements and verifies the implementation of corrective actions. The position may require working non-traditional hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to read drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications.
• Ability to use micrometer and calipers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for foreign object debris (FOD), scratches, dings, etc.
• For painted parts, inspect for fish-eyes, orange peel, drips, runs, and coverage.
• Verify that all previous operations have been completed on the traveler.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements.
• Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
• Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by supervision or management.
