About The Position

Perform in-process and final inspections of product to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role involves completing final inspections of finished product, performing in-process inspections in production and shipping departments, and documenting any non-conforming product. The inspector will ensure non-conforming material is handled according to procedure, inspect incoming product to ensure it meets quality standards, and keep records of daily work as required by procedures. Consistent attendance is expected.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years related experience in a production or inspection position
• Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational skills
• Personal safety protective equipment is required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified GLOCK armorer is desirable
• Working knowledge of firearms, preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics AX is a Plus
