About The Position

The Quality Inspector Assistant will be responsible for outgoing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) of all products before shipment, identifying any non-conformances. This role involves auditing work order entries in the company's ERP system (NetSuite), reviewing work order folders for completeness and accuracy, and preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material according to VRMA processes. The assistant will also investigate non-conformance issues or discrepant materials and assist with receiving inspections as needed, including testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection. Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.

Responsibilities

Check NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
Perform outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any non-conformances.
Assist in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials.

Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material following VRMA processes.
