Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years relevant experience.
Experience reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics using inspection sheets and sampling plans.
Compare obtained results with target values and document deviations.
Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures to determine acceptance or rejection of product.
Perform visual inspections using magnifying tools, sampling methods, first article checks, and/or AOI machines.
Enter inspection results into MES systems.
Perform lot release and archive batch documentation.
Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance.
Assist in training co-workers.
Perform roving auditor inspections in manufacturing areas.
Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
Perform Device History Review inspections and final product release.
Support filing, imaging, and verification processes for records.
Review batch documentation for GDP compliance.
Act as final checkpoint before shipment.
Communicate issues and prioritize tasks.
Participate in compliance programs.
