About The Position

This position performs functional testing of completed products and is responsible for verifying conformance to all specified requirements. Duties include physical and functional inspection of electrical components, operating test bays/stations and associated equipment, and troubleshooting and/or repairing faulty components. The position must assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards, review order write-ups, operate components, ensure product quality, collaborate with other areas to ensure product quality, and verify units meet agency approvals. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• Uses basic hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire stripper, torque tools, crimping tools.
• Uses multi-meters.
• Uses hypot-tester.
• Uses leak check equipment.
• Uses computer.
• Uses refrigeration manifold gauges.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization.
