About The Position

As a Quality Initiatives Coach, you support the success of early learning providers by helping implement quality improvement initiatives aligned with Texas Rising Star standards. Your work ensures providers receive the guidance, tracking, and support they need to improve services and outcomes for children. This role bridges data, coaching, and coordination — helping translate insights into action while supporting providers and internal teams in driving meaningful, measurable quality improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience in early childhood programs, coaching support, or program coordination with strong data tracking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative, detail‑oriented, and mission‑aligned approach to supporting providers and improving program quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of quality initiatives, including provider follow‑up, scheduling, and daily operational activities.
  • Track provider participation, coaching activities, and training engagement through accurate data collection and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to support internal tracking and decision‑making.
  • Assist with training logistics, including registration, communication, and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to identify provider needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
