The Quality Improvement Project Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, management and sustainment of a system of quality and safety in the Department of OBGYN. This role is responsible for supporting a portfolio of department-level quality and process improvement projects from project scope and design, process redesign, implementation testing, performance metric management, and sustainment plans. This role works collaboratively with multidisciplinary improvement teams across ambulatory and in-patient settings. Boston Medical Center (BMC) is more than a hospital.
