The Quality Program Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for assigned quality, clinical, operational, performance improvement, and strategic programs. The position plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates initiatives that support organizational priorities, quality outcomes, patient safety, regulatory readiness, operational performance, and community partnerships. The coordinator works with leaders, physicians, caregivers, and internal and external stakeholders to manage program scope, timelines, resources, risks, data, education, communications, and sustainability. The role facilitates multidisciplinary teams and translates program goals into measurable, well-coordinated work. The Quality Program Coordinator serves as the EASE Project Director and provides full-time leadership for grant implementation. The assignment is accountable for scope, budget, staffing, implementation, SAMHSA communication and approvals, data reporting, training, partnerships, risk management, and sustainability. The coordinator supervises grant-funded staff and coordinates the Opioid Stewardship Committee.
