We are comprised of a skilled and caring staff which provides seniors with Nursing Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Services, and Social Services, aimed at caring for the whole individual.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Connecticut
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have 2+ years hospital experience with knowledge of medical diagnosis and treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred in a health related field with emphasis on quality improvement and research preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains a focus on patient outcomes for continuous quality improvement.
- Utilizes teamwork and collaboration through the facilitation of group process for the achievement of positive departmental and hospital wide outcomes.
