About The Position
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent Quality Improvement Consultant, Quality and Patient Safety. This role reports to the Director, Quality, Experience and Patient Safety and works collaboratively with the Medical Director. The Senior Quality Improvement Consultant will act as an internal consultant and hands-on change agent, supporting complex quality improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence initiatives. CAMH is driven by its core values of Courage, Respect, and Excellence and is implementing its Strategic Plan: Connected CAMH, to transform lives, ignite innovation and discovery, revolutionize education, and drive social change. CAMH is dedicated to changing societal perceptions of mental illness and ensuring mental health is central to the healthcare system.
