About The Position

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a Quality Improvement and Special Projects Specialist to support the agency’s quality management, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate continuous quality improvement meetings, guide cross-functional discussions in order to move projects forward, monitor regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines, and help foster a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent life and/or professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with accreditation standards (COA, CARF, Joint Commission) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting accreditation readiness by monitoring compliance and maintaining required documentation.
  • Partnering with teams across the organization to coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Coordinating quality audits, chart reviews, and program evaluations.
  • Providing guidance and technical assistance to staff on quality improvement practices and tools.
  • Lead the continuous quality improvement Safety Committee meetings, maintain required documentation, and track follow-up action.
