Requirements

Experience multi-tasking in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing is preferred.
High aptitude for attention to detail and meeting specific finished goods standards.
Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, GMP, HACCP, and internal auditing is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and support team success.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and quality documentation systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with frequent standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work second shift hours ( 3pm to 11pm)

Responsibilities

Lead daily QA team activities, provide direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure productivity, food safety, and quality standards are met.
Conduct and oversee required audits (weight/grade, metal detector, HACCP, and quality systems) and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Monitor sampling programs, environmental testing, and production trends, communicating issues and supporting corrective actions with Operations and Quality teams.
Promote GMP compliance, safety practices, continuous improvement, and help deliver the highest quality finished product.
