Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Quality and/or EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of: ISO Quality Management Systems
  • cGMP requirements
  • Safety and OSHA regulations
  • Corrective action and continuous improvement processes
  • Experience managing audits, compliance programs, and customer quality initiatives
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience within the printing, packaging, folding carton, or converting industry
  • Strong understanding of printing, finishing, and folding carton manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, cGMP programs, customer complaint systems, and outside processing quality control
  • Oversee quality KPIs, corrective action processes, internal audits, and customer complaint resolution initiatives
  • Chair customer complaint review meetings and maintain strong customer communication to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage regulatory compliance initiatives related to ISO, AIB, FSC, and packaging industry standards
  • Conduct and coordinate internal quality and safety audits, including customer and third-party audits
  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and document control procedures
  • Lead and mentor Quality Assurance team members through coaching, development, and performance management
  • Maintain and improve plant safety programs, safety inspections, and safety equipment management
  • Deliver employee training related to ISO, AIB, safety standards, and quality systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and leadership teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence
