As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client This role requires being on site with client 3 days per week in the office
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Test Management
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning
- High School Diploma / GED
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested
- Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Agile Scrum Project Management, Structured Query Language (SQL), DB2 SQL, and IBM Db2 Associate or Bachelor Degree
