About The Position

As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting product and process quality across manufacturing operations. You will work alongside the Quality team to help identify and resolve quality issues, maintain quality documentation, support continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Current student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management/Business Administration, or a related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Creo

Responsibilities

• Supporting Quality Department Staff.
• Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all customers.
• Review and update quality documentation.
• Actively participate in group and team meetings.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
• Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality related problems.
• Assist staff with the disposition of defective material.
• Participate in quality audits internally and externally.
• Assist in supplier quality and process control.
• Report and respond to quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner.
• Work inter-functionally with Quality and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues.
• Proactively complete assigned tasks.
• Complete additional advanced training/educational courses as required.
• Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures.
