About The Position

SharkNinja is seeking a Quality Engineering Co-op for its Shark product team in Needham, Massachusetts, from January through June 2027. The role is part of the Product Development organization, which advances the global product roadmap from concept to shelf and works cross-functionally to improve consumer satisfaction and business results. The co-op will contribute to optimizing existing products and supporting insights-driven new product development. The primary focus is tearing down consumer-returned products and analyzing mechanical and electrical failures. The co-op will also examine consumer complaints using call center data and web reviews, recreate reported failures in the lab, and use findings to improve future test methods. They will document root causes and present findings to cross-functional partners and leaders. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position requiring at least five days onsite in Needham. The January-to-June work period is specified. No relocation or housing assistance is provided. The posting describes SharkNinja’s early talent experience as offering meaningful project work, professional development, community events, connections, and an opportunity to present contributions and learnings to company leaders.
