You will identify product quality improvement opportunities and Product Process Understanding (PPU) and is efficient in making project proposals, prioritizing, collaborating, and executing priority programs. You will identify and track critical Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) [Lean Six Sigma (LSS) savings, Cost of Quality (COQ), etc.]. You will provide statistical insights through control chart analysis, manufacturing and test method capability analysis, and experimental designs. You will support the team in efforts in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties. Safety is a core value at 3M.
