About The Position

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it is effectively embedded across the organization and aligned with ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating quality practices into business operations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and performance. Working closely with the Team Lead, they will support key initiatives and objectives while influencing stakeholders across Irving Shipbuilding to drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Irving Shipbuilding is proud to be Canada's National Shipbuilder.
