Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement efforts
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/R experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints
- Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
