About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to lead and implement quality improvement projects and deploy quality Core Tools. The role focuses on enhancing product quality and driving operational efficiency within a manufacturing facility. This position requires a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in manufacturing process
Leading A3/8D / DMAIC experience
Experience in QMS System with ISO 9001:2015
Core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
Office 365 and Power BI Knowledge

Nice To Haves

HVAC product experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and execute problem-solving projects aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and reducing customer complaints.
Lead the implementation and management of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on problem-solving methodologies, application of quality 14Q basics, and core tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, quality processes, procedures, and project outcomes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.
Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices, innovative solutions, and developing quality roadmaps.
