About The Position

Accelsius is seeking a Quality Engineer to help develop and deliver leading-edge cooling solutions. This role will play a key part in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide IQMS system. The Quality Engineer will enhance supplier and internal quality by implementing robust quality processes, improving incoming inspection systems, and supporting process owners in documenting and executing processes with excellence across all operations. In addition, this position will support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and applicable standards. This role will work cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • B.S. or higher degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience across manufacturing quality and supplier quality management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Mechanical Systems and methodical Failure Analysis skills.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements from mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to lead a quality management system implementation, sustaining and improving.
  • Certified Lead Quality Auditor or hold credentials to obtain Lead Quality Auditor Certification.
  • Experience conducting Internal, SQ Audits and facilitating Certification Audits : ISO9001.
  • Demonstrated skills in structured problem solving and driving robust solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience authoring and implementing a Supplier Requirements Handbook.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Proficiency with Propel, a system to implement and track IQMS.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SPC and statistical software such as Minitab or alike.
  • Experience leading and growing teams.
  • Familiarity with two-phase cooling technologies.
  • Understanding and experience with refrigeration systems.
