This role is responsible for ensuring that all documents align with current standards and procedures, accurately representing manufacturing processes. The Quality Engineer will lead and participate in Corrective Action Reporting and investigations, ensuring that corrective actions are effective in preventing recurrence. They will also assist in designing and implementing preventative and corrective action solutions, and in establishing training programs to enhance quality awareness and measurement techniques throughout the organization. The position requires ensuring all functions meet quality standards and understanding customer needs to verify they can be met by process capabilities. Additionally, the role involves assisting with inspection, First Article Inspection, RMA, and MRR processes, troubleshooting production processes and issues, evaluating production capabilities, and resolving quality and process issues. Interaction with customers to troubleshoot product issues, resolve complaints, and address nonconformance issues, including completing associated documentation, is also a key part of the role. The position also requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment and performing other duties as assigned.
