Requirements

Support and continually improve the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Quality System by facilitating product and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate quality performance metrics for the Service Parts/Sales Accessories Business Unit.
Work closely with Manufacturing Business Unit Teams, Engineering Teams, and Quality to solve internally manufactured product quality issues.
Develop and implement quality systems and changes that promote product and process improvements.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement Teams to address non-conforming purchased parts quality issues.
Participate in the MRB process to disposition defective parts and assemblies.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, work instructions, and control plans.
Perform inspections and audits of parts, assemblies, and finished product kits to ensure they meet quality standards.
