Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing quality or laboratory quality experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an FDA-regulated industry
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Experience applying statistical methods, including sampling plans, process capability analysis, and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support quality, manufacturing, or process improvement activities

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Running the business by investigating and dispositioning deviations and nonconformances.
  • Improving the business by developing and executing continuous improvement projects.
  • Partnering with Manufacturing, R&D, Planning and others to ensure quality product is available when our patients and customers need it.
  • Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
