Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) OR High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing quality or laboratory quality experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an FDA-regulated industry
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
Experience applying statistical methods, including sampling plans, process capability analysis, and design of experiments (DOE)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support quality, manufacturing, or process improvement activities

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Running the business by investigating and dispositioning deviations and nonconformances.
Improving the business by developing and executing continuous improvement projects.
Partnering with Manufacturing, R&D, Planning and others to ensure quality product is available when our patients and customers need it.
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
