About The Position

Focus on product quality and customer service across construction equipment electronics, software, and systems. This is a highly collaborative role within a team that works together to pool knowledge and experience in solving customer problems. You will leverage the deep expertise of engineering teams to quickly resolve problems and continuously improve our product. The Product Support team works closely together to share experience across products leveraging similar electronics and architecture while also developing expertise in quality improvement processes and product application subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Engineering degree preferred but technician background also acceptable. Master’s Degree is acceptable
  • Microsoft Products
  • Multimeter
  • Oscilloscope
  • J1939 CAN Communication
  • Ethernet Communication
  • Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Hydraulic Systems
  • Software Troubleshooting
  • Hall Effect Sensor, Pressure Transducers, Angle Sensors

Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with dealers around product inquiries and quality concerns
  • Weekly review of quality data and trends
