About The Position

Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer responsibilities include providing support to business unit Quality Leads for standardized quality systems. These include data collection schemes, test methods, standard instructions, audits, manuals, and other routine quality systems areas. All the elements of a sound quality system must be successfully ushered through the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable international quality system requirements. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide hands-on assistance for the implementation and ongoing utilization of the elements of the QMS (Quality Management System.) These include corrective actions, supplier quality management, customer complaints, change control, audit processes, standard procedures, test methods, and process controls. Ensure Business Unit systems are tied into corporate standards via continual reviews and oversight Assist with and keep standard scorecards and reports for all aspects of corporate quality, not limited to and including NPS, SSD, CARs, SCARs, Change Control processes. Assist with identifying trends and reports that add value for our leadership teams’ decision-making. Provide advice and expertise on new systems roll-outs across the Company (Agile, Oracle EBS, CRM, etc) Provide support to BU quality leaders in the application and implementation of quality systems This is an onsite position located at our Elk Grove Village, IL Facility We’d love to hear from you if: 3 years work experience in a corporate setting; 4-year degree; analytical skills; statistical analysis expertise; experience as a leader of project teams; good verbal & written communications skills; proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Project, & MS Share Point. 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent technical; 5+ years work experience; ASQ Certification; project management experience; superior verbal and written communications skills; ability to work across multiple functions and lines of business; statistical analysis expertise; proficiency in the following software: Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Project, Visio, Share Point, SPS software & Agile This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs. Requirements

Responsibilities
