Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
- Familiarity with inspection processes, documentation, and quality metrics
Nice To Haves
- Experience with aerospace components or highly regulated industries preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality systems and processes for aerospace component manufacturing
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA) for quality issues
- Support customer and regulatory audits and ensure compliance with aerospace standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality
- Assist with inspection plans, documentation, and process validation
