Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, with 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or related industrial environment.
Experience with material review board, NCMR coordination, quality systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and other relevant quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
Proven experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage customer requirements.
Proficiency with SAP systems. Microsoft Office and quality management tools

Responsibilities

Drive the Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) process, including containment, disposition decisions, investigation coordination, and timely closure of actions.
Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and implement process and product quality improvements.
Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support on quality systems and processes, while supporting customer requests and strategic quality initiatives
