Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, with 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or related industrial environment.
  • Experience with material review board, NCMR coordination, quality systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and other relevant quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
  • Proven experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage customer requirements.
  • Proficiency with SAP systems. Microsoft Office and quality management tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) process, including containment, disposition decisions, investigation coordination, and timely closure of actions.
  • Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and implement process and product quality improvements.
  • Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support on quality systems and processes, while supporting customer requests and strategic quality initiatives
