This position will support its shift of operators and inspectors, partnering with safety, operations, engineering, materials, and maintenance teams to meet deliverables and solve problems. The role involves evaluating technical data, drawings, and specifications, and applying Material Review Board (MRB) procedures to ensure Quality Notifications (QNs) are properly dispositioned. The Quality Review Coordinator will assist MRB and Clinic members with managing projects and inventories, including daily QN tasking, product review, and physical organization of non-conforming material. The role also promotes the Product Safety and Quality culture through compliance to the QMS and adherence to Quality Cardinal Rules. Training will primarily be on 1st shift until certified as a Quality Review Coordinator, after which the role will transition to 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
  • Project management experience.
  • AS9100 and internal audit experience
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data Analysis and strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
