About The Position

This full-time position supports the Quality Management System and Manufacturing Process Continuous Improvement in a PCB manufacturing environment. The role involves generating quality reports, organizing meetings, participating in investigations, and maintaining various quality system databases and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering capacity
  • 3-5 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry, with a focus in the Quality function
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Proficient at reading blueprints, military, commercial, and customer specifications
  • Advanced computer skills utilizing various software programs including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or individual with refugee/asylee status)

Responsibilities

  • Generating Quality Reports and KPI charts/data
  • Organizing MRB Meetings
  • Participating in investigations for quality issues, RMAs, and process issues
  • Customer interface
  • Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Issuing and verifying effectiveness of Corrective/Preventive Actions
  • Maintaining quality system document and data control (procedures, work instructions, and forms)
  • Maintaining training system-database, including issuing training records and updating the database
  • Performing Internal Audits/follow-ups
  • Assisting with customer source inspection
  • Assisting QC with customer complaints paperwork
  • Maintaining calibration system-database, including scheduling, new equipment, and certifications
  • Performing XRF validations bi-annually and coordinating service for minor items
  • Weekly Ionic Contamination verification
  • Assisting with forms and documents as needed
  • Updating and posting SPC charts for TS&E
  • Collecting, downloading, and sending out temperature/humidity data weekly
  • Locating missing traveler/history packages
  • Assisting in maintaining Commercial, Customer, and Military Qualifications
  • Participating and assisting in Manufacturing Operations as required (e.g., rework, inspection)
  • Issuing inspection stamps
  • Maintaining supply and issuing tape for tape testing
  • Maintaining supply of Gold & Nickel rework pens
  • Preparing AS 9102 forms for Final Inspection
  • Double-checking certification packages/AS9102 FAIRs
  • Processing travelers: ordering documents, ensuring sign-offs, logging movement, and verifying lab logs
  • Processing RMAs: issuing, receiving, closing, and managing credit memos
  • Maintaining Customer, Military, IPC, and Industry specifications
  • Sending, tracking, and logging Military and Commercial test coupons and mounts to outside services
