As a Quality Engineer Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Requirements
- University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Oversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines.
- Validates that data aligns to test strategy requirements, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers for any issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning.
- Reviews post-production validation plan and works with team and business to evaluate outcomes, ensuring that results inform future test plans.
- Reviews planned changes and ensures testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and all testing risks are dispositioned.
- Identifies and develops mitigations and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer leadership.
- Manages Quality Engineer staffing needs and provides leadership with resource requirements during annual planning.
