Quality Engineer III
About The Position
As a Quality Engineer II here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of quality control / assurance activities and the delivery of high-quality products, frequently interact with customers, defining expectations and ensuring offering required support to all customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards. You will report directly to our Sr Quality Control Manager, and you’ll work out of our Spokane, WA location. In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
- Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback.
