Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible quality engineering experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality systems, customer and supplier quality, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong project leadership and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members and leading complex quality initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support and improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
  • Investigate product, process, customer, and supplier quality issues.
  • Utilize quality tools and data analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards, procedures, and process controls.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and quality management system requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support new product introductions, process improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Leads complex quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drives resolution of significant customer, supplier, and manufacturing quality issues.
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced engineers and technicians.
  • Influences process improvements and quality system enhancements across multiple functions.
  • Other duties as assigned
