About The Position

As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring product and process quality through rigorous quality assurance, auditing, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, auditing, and CAPA implementation
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis techniques, and quality documentation and reporting
  • Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality management

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and process validations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by conducting thorough root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
