About the role - Due to our unprecedented growth within our core Health Education Markets, we are now looking to expand our Quality Test Engineering Team. We are looking to hire multiple Automated Quality Test Engineers. About the team -This team is building Next Gen Educational Products/Platforms

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.
  • Translate product requirements into effective automated test strategies, optimizing and refactoring frameworks for reliability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive RESTful API tests, validating functionality, security, authentication, and performance.
  • Implement and support TDD practices
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD/AWS pipelines
  • Conduct accessibility testing aligned with WCAG guidelines using tools such as Axe, Pa11y, or WAVE, including manual validation practices.
  • Design and execute performance and load testing using tools like K6, Locust, or JMeter, defining SLAs and analyzing system bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments, manage defects in tracking systems, and provide detailed documentation to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable test architectures (e.g., Page Object Model, modular frameworks) and translate product requirements into effective automated test coverage.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API testing, including validation of authentication (OAuth/JWT), data integrity, error handling, and performance.
  • Practical experience integrating automation into CI/CD /AWs pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BrowserStack) with parallel execution and automated reporting.
  • Working knowledge of TDD frameworks
  • Experience performing accessibility testing aligned with WCAG standards, using tools such as Axe, Pa11y, or WAVE, including manual validation techniques.
  • Experience conducting performance/load testing (K6, Locust, or JMeter) and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and ensure system reliability.
